Sign up for Text Reminders/Updates

I hope each family will sign up for "Remind."  I started using this app last year, and it went over very well.  For parents that sign up, you will be added to a class list.  It allows me to quickly and easily send a group text to all parents on the list.  This is very hand for reminders such as "Don't forget tomorrow is picture day" or "No school today due to road conditions."  It seemed that parents stayed more informed because most adults check their text messages much more frequently than they check their e-mails.  If you sign up and your phone number changes during the year, you will have to sign up again to continue to receive updates/reminders.  Standard text messaging rates apply.

Here's how to sign up!
 #1-Text the message @1415kgse to this number (270)804-4412.  (Please note that this is not my phone number.  It is a random assigned number from the app)

or

#2-Sign up on internet.  Visit www.remind.com/join/1415kgse .  There you can choose whether to receive the reminders via text or e-mail.

Welcome to Kindergarten at Central Elementary!  Our Kindergarten Knights have a great quest ahead of them.  This year we will not only learn about letters, words, and numbers, but we will also make friends, go on journeys inside and outside of the school building, and make priceless memories.  Join us on our Kindergarten Quest!
